Here is some information to make your process more smooth.

We do not send no confirmation emails.
When making an order it is recommended to create an account – Here you can see the status of your order yourself inside the order tab. If you forget your password reach out and we will change it for you.

Processing – means your order is all good and we are preparing to ship it on the next shipping date.
Completed – This means we have dispatched it
Cancelled – For crypto payments, orders cancel after 2 hours of being unpaid and items go back into stock. If you have paid and your order is showing as cancelled reach out and we will sort it.
On Hold – For bank orders, your order will be on hold until we process the bank orders manually before 1pm on the shipping date.

Your tracking will be sent to your email directly from Royal Mail, they usually come in the evening (On rare occasions, their systems don’t send the tracking but the parcels are still moving through their system). In these cases we will only send the tracking if you didn’t receive the parcel on the day you was supposed to.
