What countries do you deliver too and what options are there?

We post to the UK, Northern Ireland and Channel islands.

We post with Tracked 24, which is free for orders over £100 and over or £5 for orders under. We have a 99% success rate but in the rare occasion the parcel does not arrive, we will do one free reship after 10 working days of the parcel not arriving (THIS DOES NOT APPLY FOR TRACKING THAT STATES DELIVERED OR ATTEMPTED DELIVERY) also we can not do free reships to the channel islands.

Do you offer tracking?

We only offer tracking if the parcel does not arrive on the day it is supposed to. Then we will make it a top priority to check and send you the tracking.

Details on your order?

You do not need to give us your correct name, you can use any name on your order if you prefer to. There are some instances where you would need to give us your correct name like if you need to collect your order from your concierge.

How long does delivery take?

All orders placed and payment cleared before 11am Monday to Friday will be dispatched same day and should arrive the next day although royal mail are not always on time so please allow for 1-3 days. We give Ireland deliveries take 3-5 days. We do not ship on weekends.

What if Tracking says delivered but I didn't receive? / What if parcel is returned to sender?

The tracking system is in place for both our security. This is what we have to go off and the tracking is final, if it says delivered or attempted delivery we will not reship.

For obvious reasons we do not put a real address as return address. We will also not offer a reship if on the tracking it says the parcel is returned to sender. We do not hold responsibility for the parcel not finding you or mistakes on your end or the delivery driver not being able to access your address.

How do I order and pay?

The ordering system works like any other E-Commerce site. Just add your items to the basket and check out. The checkout will prompt payment which is paid in cryptocurrency or bank transfer. Refer to our ‘How to Order‘ page and our ‘How to buy Cryptocurrency’ Page.

What happens if an item I ordered runs out of stock?

Your product will be swapped for the closest same value item.

Do you offer returns?

We do not offer returns.

How do you package my order?

Because of the business we are in we cannot explain how on here. But all orders are 10/10 super stealthy, anyone who see’s the package will never know or suspect anything. We pride ourselves in our stealth and the protection of our customers.

What if my order does not get delivered?

Our delivery rate is over 99% but in the small chance it doesn’t get delivered, reach out to us on telegram and we will resolve the situation.

Bank transfers?

We accept bank transfer. Orders with bank transfers need to be over £100 this is because we cant have lots of small amounts flooding our account as it leads to our bank being blocked quicker.

What if I made a mistake in my shipping details?

It’s solely the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipping details. If you have placed an order and noticed you have made an error – please contact us on telegram immediately to correct it. We do not provide refunds for anyone that has not provided incorrect shipping data.

Accessing our site?

Because of the nature of our site and that you have to be over 18 to access it if you don’t have unrestricted internet service you may not be able to connect to the site, using a VPN service will bypass this. There are a few free ones you can download. We will also be adding a darknet website soon which is also unrestricted.

Are my details and personal data safe?

Yes! We do not share any of our customers details only registered customers details are saved. Also our servers are held in a separate secure location if there is ever any breach we will destroy the data physically.

Are transactions with cryptocurrency is safe?

Although transaction remains within blockchain history it does not contain any personal data. Also, we frequently change our wallet addresses so there will be no proof that you bough something from us. Also please only transfer to the wallet addresses which are listed at the checkout page.
